As a B2B consultant, I collaborated with international tech teams across various domains, contributing primarily in the areas of Product Ownership and Quality Assurance. My role involved managing product backlogs, refining user stories, and aligning development priorities with broader business goals. I actively facilitated agile development processes, led sprint planning sessions, and worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, value-driven delivery.

In the quality assurance space, I was responsible for maintaining high product standards through structured manual, integration, exploratory, and API testing. I also contributed to the design and optimization of QA workflows, test documentation practices, and release planning strategies. Bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders, I ensured clear communication and accurate translation of requirements into actionable development items.

To support these efforts, I relied on tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and defect resolution. Throughout, I remained focused on continuous improvement — facilitating retrospectives, analyzing team performance, and implementing feedback loops to enhance delivery outcomes.

I worked as a Scrum Master, guiding several cross-functional software development teams in applying the Scrum framework within a SAFe-scaled environment. My responsibilities included facilitating all key Scrum ceremonies while ensuring continuous alignment between team efforts and organizational goals.

I played an active role in coaching teams on agile principles, helping them improve velocity, manage dependencies, and deliver incremental value with each iteration. I was also responsible for identifying and removing impediments, promoting transparency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among ARTs.

For organizing and tracking work, I used Azure DevOps, while Miro served as a collaborative platform for remote PI Planning sessions, retrospectives, and team alignment workshops. Through consistent facilitation and servant leadership, I helped teams mature in their agile practices and build stronger, more efficient delivery pipelines.

I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for the self storage solutions, hiring, manufacturing and booking solutions (including payments and billing systems). I worked mainly on Manual testing, Business process flow quality assurance, management of test documentation and test cases, testing integrations with third party applications, improvement of the workflows, implementation of CI/CD process and test automation.

I worked mainly as a quality assurance/testing engineer and business analyst for the two Trading and Routing solution upgrades for the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I was doing manual testing, exploratory testing, edge cases analysis, analyzing business requirements, proposing solutions, managing requirements and communicating directly with the clients. Also, I was providing support for Trading and Routing digital solution business users, managing First, Second and Third line of customer support.
